BDO Deal Advisory has provided financial and tax due diligence services to Sertion, backed by Consolid Equity, on the acquisition of LMT Process Systems.

Sertion, a leading Nordic industrial services and process engineering group backed by Consolid Equity, has acquired LMT Process Systems, a specialist in process installations and maintenance solutions. LMT Process Systems acts as a full-service partner, handling projects across all areas from design, engineering, construction, and assembly to service and maintenance of production and process plants. The company was founded in 2007 and has its headquarters and production facilities located just outside Kolding in Jutland.

The acquisition strengthens Sertion’s capabilities in process systems design and expands its footprint in the Nordic industrial sector.
