Køge Truckstop is a Denmark-based operator specialising in repair and maintenance of trucks, buses, and trailers, located in Lille Skensved, Zealand. The Company benefits from a strategically located site in the Køge area, with proximity to key transport corridors, supporting a steady flow of heavy vehicle traffic.
The business is characterised by a high level of responsiveness and operational efficiency, supported by strong parts availability, 24/7 emergency service, and in-house technical capabilities. This enables fast turnaround times, with the majority of jobs completed within the same day, and minimises customer downtime. The Company employs fifteen FTEs, including its owner, Lasse, who serves as Managing Director and will remain actively involved following completion of the transaction.
The acquisition strengthens RMS Group AB’s presence in Zealand and expands its Danish service footprint, supporting its strategy of building a leading Nordic vehicle support network and enhancing its ability to deliver coordinated breakdown services across Europe.
