Road Mobility Services, backed by Consolid Equity, has entered Denmark with the acquisition of TJ Truck Service.

Road Mobility Services was founded with the aim of building the Nordics’ most reliable network for roadside assistance and vehicle services – from tyre services and towing to advanced maintenance and support functions. TJ Truck Service, founded in 2012 and headquartered in Holstebro, Jutland, is an authorised MAN service partner with 13 employees. The company is on a strong growth trajectory, having realised double-digit annual growth rates in recent years. This acquisition supports Road Mobility Services’ continued growth and marks a significant milestone in its entry into Denmark.
