Onnec, a leading global provider of IT infrastructure installation solutions and services, has completed the acquisition of GI-Networks, a Danish IT solutions provider headquartered in Værløse, Denmark. Founded in 2001, GI-Networks specialises in the design and implementation of copper and fibre cabling systems, data centre infrastructure, and management solutions.
Onnec delivers end-to-end connectivity solutions spanning structured cabling, managed services, and networking across data centre, office, and fulfilment centre environments globally. The acquisition strengthens Onnec's presence in the Nordic region and enhances its ability to deliver comprehensive data centre solutions to customers across Europe, with GI-Networks' expertise in DCIM complementing Onnec's existing managed service capabilities.
BDO provided financial and tax due diligence and SPA advisory services on the transaction.
