Mehrwerk, a PE-backed German data-driven business consulting firm, further expanded its technological and software service competencies through the acquisition of Tenerity ApS. The Company provides cyber security services and advise in customer engagement and retention to some of the largest financial instuitutions in Denmark. Mehrwerk, which was founded in 2008, specialises in business process optimisation through software-based solutions for banks, insurance- and energy companies. Through the acquisition, Tenerity International will become part of the expanding Mehrwerk group which has announced a total of four acquisitions in the recent year. This acqusition further promotes Mehrwerks vision to become one of the leading data driven providers in Europe.
