Ringsted Biogas, which was founded in 2017, runs a biogas plant in Ringsted, Denmark. The biogas plant is built to handle 109,000 tons of biomass annually. The purpose of the transaction was to complete it as an add-on to BioCirc Group’s existing portfolio of Danish biogas plants.
