Swedish technology group Lagercrantz has acquired Epoke, a leading Danish manufacturer of winter road maintenance equipment. Founded in the 1930s, Epoke has evolved into a frontrunner in the road safety industry, known for its technologically advanced and environmentally sustainable solutions. Headquartered in South Jutland, Epoke generates annual revenues of approximately DKK 240 million.
With the sale Epoke becomes part of a strong, internationally oriented group, with a commitment to innovation, quality, and long-term growth. The Lagercrantz Group consists of approximately 85 companies and is active in nine countries across Northern Europe, as well as in China, India, and the United States.
