Flexbelt, headquartered in Vejle, Denmark, is recognised for its expertise in modular conveyor belts and tailored solutions for industrial applications. The company reported annual revenues of approximately DKK 38 million and has built a strong reputation for agility and customer-focused service. The acquisition strengthens Ammeraal Beltech’s position in the Nordic market and supports its strategy of expanding its portfolio of advanced belting solutions across Europe. Ammeraal Beltech, headquartered in the Netherlands, is a global leader in conveyor and process belting, serving industries such as food processing, logistics, and manufacturing.
