Howden has acquired Nordic Netcare, a Denmark-based provider of digital healthcare and health case management services for insurers, pension funds, and corporate clients across the Nordic region. The company specialises in hybrid, evidence-based health support and offers services such as online physiotherapy and personalised health guidance. Nordic Netcare supports more than 100,000 patients annually, and has a network of over 4,000 clinics.
The acquisition follows Howden's recent purchase of occupational health advisor Joblife, further strengthening its position in the health and well-being sector.
