BDO provided tax due diligence assistance to Greater Copenhagen Residential (GCR) in connection with its acquisition of 100% of the shares in Ryparken ApS. The company owns Ryparkenkollegiet, a residential property comprising 133 apartments located at Hans Knudsens Plads in Østerbro, Copenhagen
Following the acquisition, Ryparkenkollegiet has become part of GCR’s Bohavn residential concept, which focuses on modern, smaller residential units combined with extensive communal facilities across Greater Copenhagen.
The acquisition represents another step in GCR’s long-term strategy to build a residential property platform focused on modern residential properties in Greater Copenhagen. Following the acquisition, GCR’s portfolio comprises more than 750 rental apartments across the Greater Copenhagen area.
