RMS Group, a leading Nordic provider of vehicle support services backed by Consolid Equity, has acquired Esbjerg Trailerservice (ETS), marking its seventh acquisition in Denmark and further consolidating its position as a one-stop provider of vehicle support services across the country.
Founded in 1998 and headquartered near Esbjerg Harbour, ETS specialises in trailer repair, refrigeration unit maintenance, and roadworthiness inspections, operating from three locations across Esbjerg and Vejle. The acquisition strengthens RMS Group's presence in Jutland and supports its strategy of building a leading Nordic vehicle support network.
