BDO Deal Advisory has acted as exclusive financial adviser to the shareholders of AC El-installation A/S and AC Energi A/S in connection with the sale to Koble ApS, which is backed by Credo Partners.
AC El-installation and AC Energi A/S are well-established "total supplier" of electrical, plumbing, and energy installations with broad expertise across the entire field and more than 25 years of experience. The group employs approximately 70 people, and their service offerings include intelligent building installations, energy optimization, including LED-based lighting solutions, heat pumps, and solar panel systems.
Koble is a Danish multi-local electrical installation group, founded in 2023, comprising 15 installation companies with approximately 470 employees and approximately DKK 560 million in revenue. Koble was established in January 2023 when Credo Partners and four electrical installation companies joined forces with the ambition to become a leading multi-local electrical installation group in Denmark by growing through acquisitions of well-run installation companies and professionalizing a fragmented industry, all in cooperation with skilled owners and employees.
