Our nationwide course administration is part of our Knowledge Centre.
The Knowledge Centre staff is tasked with preparing manuals, standards and guidelines for auditing, accounting and advisory services to ensure a consistently high level – in addition, customers and students may direct their professional or academic questions here.
Our courses are held mainly at external conference venues, while our after-work/morning meetings are usually held at our local offices.
You will receive confirmation of your participation via e-mail, approximately 1 month before the course begins. Practical information about the course is communicated via e-mail, approximately 1 week before the course begins.
The level of information about our local events may vary, but if you have not been told about any cancellation, you can be assured that the event will take place.
Please note our cancellation policy
Cancellations must be made via e-mail to [email protected].
- Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the course starting are free of charge.
- For cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the course starting, a fee of 50% is withheld.
- For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the course starting, 75% is withheld.
- For cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the course starting, the full price is withheld.
Should you be unable to attend, you have the option of assigning your space to a colleague, so long as you notify the course administration.
