Founded in 2014 and headquartered in Kokkedal, Denmark, Consular designs, implements, and supports modern data centre environments. Its expertise spans hardware, software, storage, backup systems, and cloud infrastructure. The company is managed by its four owners, who also serve as directors with responsibilities across sales and consulting.

Consular is a leading NetApp partner in Denmark with Platinum status, serving both public and private sector clients across the Nordic region. The acquisition strengthens Proact’s position in the Nordics and reinforces its strategic focus on cloud services, data centre solutions, and hybrid infrastructure models.
