The family-owned skincare company Derma Pharm, together with its three subsidiaries, has been acquired by Archimed, a global private equity specialist focused on healthcare. Founded in 1980, Derma Pharm has over 40 years of experience in the development, manufacturing, and distribution of skincare products. Over the decades, the company has grown into an innovative market leader in Scandinavia, particularly recognised for its eco- and allergy-certified skincare. The company is especially known for its sunscreen and specialised skincare lines deisgned for all ages - from infants to the elderly. 

Today, Derma Pharm offers an extensive range of mild, environmentally-friendly, and dermo-cosmetic skincare products together with specialised products for sensitive and fragile skin conditions under its dedicated brands. Headquarted in Fårup, east Jutland in Denmark, Derma Pharm emlpoys more than 120 people across reserach, development, production, quality, and sales.

The acquisition strengthens DermaPharm’s growth opportunities in international markets while simultaneously expanding ARCHIMED’s product portfolio and presence in the Scandinavian consumer healthcare market.
