Elite Consulting is one of Denmark's leading football agencies, founded in 2007 by former Danish Superliga player Allan Bak, who remains an owner of the company today alongside, among others, former Danish national team player Ebbe Sand. The agency represents more than 175 players and coaches, including players Victor Froholdt and Anders Dreyer, and coaches Thomas Frank, Kasper Hjulmand, and Norway national coach Ståle Solbakken.
AS1 Sports, backed by Bruin Sports Capital, is ranked among the world's top ten football agencies and holds the largest portfolio of players in Spain's La Liga. Headquartered in London, the agency now represents more than 560 players and coaches across 35 countries spanning Europe, South America, North America, the Middle East, and Africa, including Bruno Fernandes, Luis Díaz, Nuno Mendes, and AC Milan head coach Rúben Amorim.
The acquisition strengthens AS1's presence in the Nordic region and expands its portfolio of top-tier football talent across Europe.
