BDO Deal Advisory provided financial due diligence services to Ardent Management in connection with its acqusition of Billeschou

Ardent Management ApS has acquired Billeschou A/S, a Danish manufacturer and supplier of custom kitchen and bathroom worktops in natural stone, composite, and ceramics, headquartered in Vejle, Denmark. Founded in 1953, Billeschou specialises in cutting, shaping, and finishing stone products and supplies leading Danish kitchen retailers such as Svane Køkken and HTH Køkken. Billeschou employes a total of 57 employees in 2025 distributed across production and administrative functions. 

This acqusition is expected to support Billeschou's continued growth and operational development in Denmark's kitchen and interiopr materials segment.
