Acurum Group, a Nordic property well-being specialist founded by Axcel, has strengthened its Danish presence through the acquisition of Østergaard Bygge & Indeklimateknik A/S (ØBIT). Founded in 1998 and headquartered in Greve, ØBIT is a specialised engineering consultancy focused on building engineering, indoor climate solutions, and mould remediation. The company also provides services in environmental assessments, moisture control, and building renovation for both private and commercial clients.

The acquisition of ØBIT is part of Acurum’s rapid expansion in Denmark, where the group has recently completed four acquisitions in quick succession, reinforcing its ambition to become a leading Nordic property well-being specialist.
