Naturbiogas Sode, which was founded in 2018 with a vision of strengthening the green energy transition, runs a biogas plant in Haderslev, Denmark, that can supply biogas to more than 12,000 households on an annual basis. The purpose of the transaction is to complete it as an add-on to BioCirc Group’s existing portfolio of Danish biogas plants.
