The privately owned IT consulting company DaxIT has been acquired by the Norwegian company Inspirit365, backed by Standout Capital.
DaxIT delivers business-critical IT solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Supply Chain Management (SCM). They offer both Application Management Support (AMS) and Infrastructure Management Support (IMS). The customer segment operates typically within manufacturing, retail, utilities, transportation, and the public sector – primarily in Denmark and Greenland.
DaxIT consists of 30+ senior consultants with more than 15 years of experience from complex projects and business-critical IT.
The acquisition strengthens Inspirit365’s growth opportunities in the Danish market.
