BioCirc Group has acquired NORTH-TEC Group, which was founded in 2004 by Ole Hering and is a Group of German biogas industry service providers, with a single branch located in Denmark. In specific, BioCirc acquired the entities NORTH-TEC Maschinenbau GmbH, NORTH-TEC Industry GmbH, NORTH-TEC Service UG, and NORTH-TEC Danmark A/S. The largest entity acquired, NORTH-TEC Maschinenbau GmbH ("NTM"), is a mechanical engineering company based in Bredstedt, Germany. NTM carries out the main biogas business activity of NORTH-TEC. More specifically, NTM provides project planning, construction, on-going optimization, expansion, and maintenance of biogas plants and related technical machines. Finally, NTM also provides e-mobility services. This acquisition marks BioCirc's first in Germany, and it will serve to further strengthen our client's expertise in constructing and modernizing biogas plants.
