JENSEN-GROUP has acquired Ole Almeborg through its Danish subsidiary, JENSEN Denmark. Founded in 1967, Ole Almeborg is a Danish manufacturer of internal handling equipment for industrial operations located in Hasle, Bornholm. The company produces and delivers both sub-components and customisable manual and electric internal handling equipment. Currently, Ole Almeborg operates on a single shift four days a week, while JENSEN GROUP runs around the clock six days a week. As a result, Ole Almeborg has significant available production capacity that the factory can utilise to supply goods to JENSEN.

Ole Almeborg has a production space of over 5000m2, around 70 employees, and modern production equipment. JENSEN-GROUP plans to invest a larger double-digit amount in the factory, which will  be used for pilot production.
