    Protocol to the tax treaty between Denmark and Luxembourg(Taxwatch (Tax news in english))

    On June 4, 2009, Denmark and Luxembourg has signed a new protocol to the tax treaty.
     
    According to the protocol, it will be possible to exchange bank information between the tax authorities in the two countries and the tax treaty will therefore be brought in accordance with OECD standards.
