In connection with the digitalization of the Danish registration of title system, the Tax Minister has issued a couple of notices that came into force on September 8, 2009.
In chapter 1 in connection with evaluation of ships and aero planes a provision has been adopted according to which notification of ownership must be annexed with a motivated statement of the value of the ship or the aero plane.
Chapter 3 contains provisions on restructuring of businesses. Chapter 4 contains provisions on mortgage including refinancing etc., increase of mortgages, change of mortgage in business assets, write up clauses etc.
Chapter 5 contains provisions on large customers and chapter 6 contains provisions on spouses and heirs.
